The Sweet Patchouli fragrance is very strong, even when I used just a tiny drop,and not what I was expecting. I wanted to return it and the instructions I was given by support to do so, as i was told by my postmaster, were not correct. And while the agreement does say I would be responsible for shipping costs for returns, the lowest cost was half the original purchase amount, so I just kept it. I did inform them of what I learned at the post office and never heard back from support. I do love their Nag Champa and Winter Witch, but the way returns are handled,(no return label sent, they said to just re seal the package and write return to sender on it, postmaster said it would've just been sent back to me), I am probably not going to order any new scents from them again.
