The only complaint I have is that I think they may have lost my order...it was placed with another necklace, which came very quickly, and when I inquired about it they had to search for my order, and then the tracking wasn't very helpful. It did finally come though, and I do love it! Also, it didn't come with the little woven pouch, which I kind of thought it was supposed to...oh well.
