As the world wakes this springtime, everything in it goes into the process of regenerating. The plants start to flower, trees begin to grow their leaves, more pollen grains are carried by the spring season wind, and days become warmer as daytime gets longer. And, as the Earth itself undergoes a great transition, we too are subjected to a great shift thus it is important learning how to shake off the long winter days vibes and be ready for an immense awakening. And beyond any doubt, many of you are already preparing for this purifying  and Spring cleaning and decluttering our houses. Since it's getting less cold it's a great timing to open your windows and air out+smudge your space and get rid of negative energies.

Now, secure your belts, witches because in this article, we will prepare you for this major shift and help you on how to revivify a better and healthier you during this springtime with some other tips aside from smudging!

Stay Hydrated

Spring is here and days are getting longer and warmer thus it is of great essence that we stay hydrated under the sun! Meeting your dietary fluid intake daily not only defends you from dehydration but it helps regulate body temperature, keep joints healthy and lubricated, keeps organs functioning properly, and promotes good sleep quality, therefore, allowing your body and skin to look at their best!

That being so, make certain that you don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink. Cheers!

Bathing

As simple as it may sound, bathing not only keeps your body clean but it does incredible things in your body! As we’ve previously discussed how important it is to stay hydrated, subjection to fluid during bathing allows the body to a whole new level of hydration. Keep in mind that while drinking water is valuable, soaking in it is beneficial especially for your skin!

Massaging a scrub into your skin through circular motions to exfoliate and adding natural bath products to your bath regimen is of interest and will help bear healthier skin. Tip: The use of citrus-scented bath products such as lemon, orange, and lime can do wonders you have never imagined! *winks

Moisturize your Hair

Hair can lose moisture due to UV rays especially this warmer season and may result in brittleness and dullness of your hair strands therefore it is necessary to take extra steps to make sure your hair meets its hydration standards! The simplest way to protect your hair from weather and environmental attackers is the use of natural deep conditioning shampoos or masks. Key formulas such as Olive Oil, Almond Oil, Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Lavender Oil, and Castor Oil are highly encouraged.

Hair spray products may also come in handy especially if you wish to effortlessly refresh and moisturize your hair. Remember that hair makes the day!

Protect your Skin

Regardless of anyone’s perspective, the skin is highly important! Aside from it covering our entire body and those inside us, it holds everything in us together hence it is extremely essential to protect it especially from the Sun. Not only that, having a skincare routine makes you feel better and motivates you to be at your best especially every time you bare yourself to the world.

And, the easiest way to protect is prevention! Make it a habit that after you bath or before going out in the sun, use natural Sunscreen products to ensure your skin’s safekeeping.

Set your Perfume

When it comes to beauty, we cannot simply shun the idea of using perfume. Aside from making you attractive, it also plays a big role in enhancing your mood and upraising your spirit which is highly pertinent this awakening season! Spring calls for more subtle notes so pick some sharp, fruity or enticing floral fragrance to rejuvenate your very own senses!
Keep in mind that fragrance is just as essential as any other beauty product. It makes you feel more pretty!

Dress for the Season

Warm and cool days blend during spring so it’s the perfect season to play around with your outfit! Pick an outfit at your preference and make sure that you are most comfortable with it. Choose something that absorbs humidness and allows your skin to breathe freely during springtime.

Lightweight dresses would be a great choice as they are flimsy and hanging-free. Tank tops and T-shirts partnered with mini skirts and denim shorts would be perfect as well for an easy and simple weekend look. Spring colors like yellows, red oranges, pinks, and shades of light brown are incredible selections.

There are so many options for you but what’s vital is your comfortability and confidence in wearing your dresses for the season. Slay the day!

Exercise Outdoors

Don’t you know that exercising outdoors offers a mental boost greater than indoor workouts? We are well acquainted that exercising improves our physical and mental health. And, bringing that outside this springtime would surely bring extraordinary results!

To wrap up, Spring is the season of new beginnings. It is the best time to be awakened and as nature rebirths, it is a great opportunity to surrender ourselves to rejuvenescence. Never forget that beauty comes from within by that it means that it involves physical and mental improvement thus taking care of ourselves and allowing ourselves in restoration is requisite of whatever season it is. May your Spring bring New Blessings of Love, Hope, and Light to everyone in the world! Blessed be.

September Horoscope
September Horoscope

August 31, 2021

As we welcome in the cooling harvest month of September, we make way for a transformative period of energetic change as we work to create better balance in our lives. We kick off this autumn month in the sign of the practical and goal-oriented Virgo, shifting our focus towards progression on our goals. This will provide the signs with some initial direction and clarity, which will help us to start the month feeling positive and rejuvenated. However, Mercury, the planet of communication and knowledge, will also be lurking in the background this month as it prepares to go retrograde for the third and final time this year, pushing us to do some inner reflection as we begin to work through stirred emotions. This could also bring about mental fog, miscommunication, and misunderstandings with partners, coworkers, and loved ones, so be prepared for some potential rough patches throughout the month.

Towards the end of September, on the 23rd, we will then shift into the partnership-focused Zodiac sign of the Libra, which will turn our attention towards family, friends, and community as we continue to grow and strengthen relationships as well as our own independence. We will also reach the Autumn Equinox the day before this, on September 22nd, which is considered to be a truly divine time of balance, inner reflection, growth, and gratitude as we prepare for yet another change of season into a calmer, more stagnant time of the year. This is also the time of which the veil between our world and the spirit world is growing increasingly thin, upping our intuitive abilities and connection to the other side. For this reason, be prepared for some deeper spiritual movements to occur this day, as it is an incredibly significant time of year for magical workings.
